You must have a legitimate copy of Fallout New Vegas, patched to at least v1.3 for this mod to work correctly and you must install it manually.
    
  DO NOT install automatically with FOMM or NMM. Doing so will result in strange and unpredictable behaviour. The game could crash or freeze your computer.
    
  1. Download and extract the zip to the desktop. This should give you three folders and a readme file.
     
  2. Copy the contents of “Core (required)” into the Data folder. By default, the Data folder will be in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas
     
  3. Only copy the contents of the "DLC Patches" folder into the Data folder as required. For example, if you
  have Honest Hearts installed, copy UHNV-Honest Hearts.esp and UHNV-HonestHearts.bsa into the Data folder.
   
  ATTENTION  Do not install patches for content that you do not have.
     
  4. From the “Other Patches” folder you can safely copy the following into the Data folder if you wish, but they are optional.
 
    i)           UHNV-Brighter Lighting.esp
    ii)          UHNV-More Mannequins.esp
 
Do not copy UHNV-Bobblehunt.esp or UHNV-Chems.esp. These are patches for MODs made by other users. Only install these if you have already installed their corresponding master MODs. Be aware that because of the hideouts age, these two patches are probably out of date now and could cause more trouble than they are worth.
     
  5. FINALY, start FOMM or NMM and enable them in this order.
     
  UHNV.esp must enable
  UHNV-Dead Money.esp


 Only install these if you have the corresponding DLC
  UHNV-Honest Hearts.esp
  UHNV-OWB.esp
  UHNV-Lonesome Road.esp
  UHNV-Brighter Lighting.esp optional
  UHNV-More Mannequins.esp optional
UHNV-Bobblehunt.esp WARNING only install if you have installed the Bobblehunt MOD 
  UHNV-Chems.esp WARNING only install if you have installed the CHEMS MOD
